EMDR intensives
When the past keeps finding its way into today.
You know an experience is over, yet your body or reactions tell a different story. EMDR therapy intensives offer focused time with a clinician to explore experiences that still affect how you feel, respond or relate in the present.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy that works with distressing memories using guided attention and bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements. Your clinician explains the process, considers readiness and helps you prepare before therapeutic work begins.

A thoughtful first step, not a commitment.
This format may suit adults looking for dedicated time to address past experiences, rather than fitting the work around a rushed week. The consultation explores your concerns, goals and clinical fit; progress and the pace of work depend on individual needs.
The appointments may involve assessment, preparation, therapeutic work and integration. Your clinician will clarify how the seven clinical hours are allocated, appointment spacing and follow-up timing before scheduling, including the time and cost of any separate assessment appointments if needed.

What happens after you inquire?
The intake team reviews your needs, preferences, schedule and clinician interest. We contact you to discuss fit and coordinate scheduling for your complimentary consultation. Sending a request does not book an appointment.
This practice is out of network with all insurance plans. Services are paid directly. We’ll confirm your fee before scheduling.
