Amanda Zaski

Collaborative, somatic-informed EMDR work for adults seeking focused support with trauma, anxiety, grief, or feeling stuck.

You may understand why you feel stuck and still find that talking about it hasn’t helped you move forward. Amanda Zaski specializes in EMDR intensives, offering dedicated time to focus on experiences, beliefs, and patterns that continue to affect daily life. She works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, perfectionism, people-pleasing, neurodivergence, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, and major life transitions. She often works with women and neurodivergent adults who hold a lot together outwardly while feeling overwhelmed underneath. Amanda’s style is warm, collaborative, and practical. Alongside EMDR, she draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for tools and strategies. She also integrates Internal Family Systems, or parts work, to help clients understand different aspects of themselves with compassion. Her somatic-informed, neurodivergent-affirming work makes space for difficult experiences while considering what supports movement toward a life that feels more aligned with your aims.
