Couples therapy intensives
Set aside time for the two of you.
When the same argument keeps returning, another hurried conversation may not feel like enough. A couples therapy intensive offers dedicated appointments to explore the pattern, the feelings underneath it, and what you both want to do differently.
This format may suit partners seeking focused time for recurring conflict, emotional distance, trust concerns, or a transition. It can be a starting point or part of a broader care plan—not a promise to resolve everything in a package.

A thoughtful first step, not a commitment.
Your complimentary consultation is a chance to meet Emily Baggett, discuss what brings you in, ask questions and explore fit. Together, you consider whether a therapy intensive is an appropriate next step before deciding to purchase.
Your clinician will discuss suitability, preparation, appointment spacing and follow-up timing with you. Assessment, individual and joint conversations, and breaks are planned according to your needs. Before scheduling, you will receive clarity on how assessment fits into the appointments and whether any additional appointments or costs are needed.

01
Complimentary consultation
Meet your clinician for 50 minutes. Discuss what brings you in, ask questions and explore the recommended approach. No obligation to purchase a package.
02
Preparation
Questionnaires and clinician-selected materials help you reflect on shared priorities. Your clinician explains preparation and how individual reflections are handled in couples work.
03
Intensive appointments
Three two-hour appointments with the same clinician create dedicated time for your relationship. The clinician guides the work according to clinical needs.
04
Integration and follow-up
A 60-minute appointment provides time to reflect, consider continuing care and agree on an individualized plan for next steps.
Something to return to between appointments.
Your companion workbook brings together reflection, clinician-selected exercises, shared priorities and agreed practices. It supports the work you plan together; your clinician guides what belongs in individual reflection and what you share.
What happens after you inquire?
The intake team reviews your needs, preferences, schedule and clinician interest. We contact you to discuss fit and coordinate scheduling for your complimentary consultation. Sending a request does not book an appointment.
This practice is out of network with all insurance plans. Services are paid directly. We’ll confirm your fee before scheduling.
