Couples therapy
You know the argument. You want a different ending.
You promised to handle it differently. Then the same conversation became the same fight. Ongoing couples therapy makes room to understand the pattern between you and practice another way of responding.
Perhaps daily life runs smoothly, but you barely talk beyond the logistics. Perhaps trust, intimacy, or a major transition needs attention. You don’t have to wait for a breaking point: wanting a stronger relationship is reason enough to begin.
Find your clinician
What the work can look like.
Your clinician helps both partners explore what happens at home, what each of you needs, and what you hope to change. Work may include noticing difficult patterns, listening with more care, and practicing conversations that are hard to have on your own.
Ongoing appointment length, cadence and fees are confirmed with your clinician before scheduling. The intake team can help you consider ongoing appointments or a therapy intensive; the right starting point depends on your relationship and clinical needs.

What happens after you inquire?
The intake team reviews your needs, preferences, schedule and clinician interest. We contact you to discuss fit and coordinate scheduling with an appropriate clinician. Sending a request does not book an appointment.
This practice is out of network with all insurance plans. Services are paid directly. We’ll confirm your fee before scheduling.
